Hi." Geometer" in old ME mags describes how to grind the jaws. I did mine cause one jaw was out 15 tho, they were also tapered, it was a used school lathe, so the chucks took a hammering, they are now much better, and are nearly repeatable. If you contact Pratt-Burnerd, and other chuck repairers they will refurbish old and worn chucks, ( dont know how much, but probably expensive) any way its pot luck.
