5307 forum posts 83 photos | I don't understand why having it in a small 4 jaw is a problem, take it out and put it in the big one. You've got to reset it anyway. |

141 forum posts 10 photos | What it was Duncan, was that until you highlighted the fact that the main axis (segment) and that of the stud/lug were not that far apart, I was not clear as to how much off-set I might need and I was worried the jaws on the chuck I was using (150mm diameter I think) might not be able to accommodate it. That was silly. And as it happens, it didn't arise. Thanks again (and everybody) for the most helpful guidance. Martyn |
