![]() 910 forum posts 197 photos | A few weeks ago had carpal tunnel operation should have been done year ago but Covid was very active. Very little improvement at the moment and other hand wants doing. Hospital doctor said prefer to operate while still muscle there the hand I had done was warned might not be successful as muscle was wasted away. Mine was classed as urgent my GP said for operation referral the muscle has to be wasted. Had tried splint and injections but only short time relief I no pain when injection done only two doctors at my surgery do it needs a steady hand and a very precise location.

![]() 800 forum posts 16 photos | I worked with a Big,Strong Guy who had the carpal surgery done in one wrist. He lost about 1/2 the strength in that hand, which was still plenty left. That is why I did not want surgery. The Therapist said that at that time They would not make the remedy public and it was only used with Therapists Who went to the Courses at Their school. I also tried it with Achillies tendon slowly rupturing and it did not help there. The neck exercises help almost immediately, if You do them and it is not the problem then the exercises cause pain and have to be stopped. Self regulating. |
