681 forum posts 260 photos	Apologies to Sandvik are due. I have been in the work shop today and checked the hacksaw. To my shame, I saw that the blades are named "Scandia", which sounds Scandiavian enough if your brain isn't quite in gear. I cannot remember where i bought them, but, should I see them I will not be buying them again.

681 forum posts 260 photos	I had an Email from Amazon the other day, saying my bandsaw was delayed and would now be delivered on the 26th of the month. I was quite surprised to receive a text from DHL this morning, saying they would be delivering today. About 1 hour later, it arrived. As you can see it came with a european plug fitted. I don't have an adapter, so I cut it off and fitted a british 13amp plug to see if it worked. I hope I haven't voided the warrantry. The saw looks well made but the user manual is terrrible. It has been written for every EU country and there is quite often just one line of English on a given page. I think some drastic photo copying and editing is called for to produce a useable book which will be considerably thinner. The only thing I can fault the saw on is the 20mm gap between the end of the vice jaws and the blade. It is now set up on the bench and I will be trying it out later.
