Hi glad to hear that there are happy chaps with the roller bearing mod...

Did a timed test to-day 40 seconds 3 jaw off and four jaw on.

Hi all

This is hardly a question more like an answer to the problem of those pain in the butt 6mm nuts that hold the chucks on the little(yellow) lathes.

The helicoils are not the best of fits but with a little loctite they have lasted for a few years now.

Have not seen this done before

Hope that gets me a noddy badge or free subscription QD ChuckCap screw6mm Helicoil

Long time ago I watched a pillar drill have one after the other of the drill bits be sharpened..

Problem was the beastie was running in rev...

Had tried the compatibility (torn page) on advice from David with no luck,So bitched and moaned to son in Canada who is a lot more up to date .
Team viewer the way to go ! old man just sat back and watched .
Now it works so will leave well alone
