Hi Boys and Girls This is my go to place when all else has failed. Need to buy the small jumper connections that are used to set the "steps" on the CNC Shield . Can find them with the complete board, but not by themselves. Thanks in advance

Hi All Have bought this stand alone controller and managed to get it to work via three 6065 drivers. Cant find any manuel So some help please this has a slot for an SD card Have written a very simple code starting and ending with % as was suggested in the add get an error ERR_TIMEOUT any help would be great Thanks |

Hi All Cutting Perspex with a very small cutter so needed to do 5 cuts at increasing depths machine is run from GRBL so started of with Z-.006 then added .020 to each run so next run would be at Z-.026,.046,.066,.086, .106 nothing magic there except the bugger would do the-.006 then jump to .086 that broke the tool So started again Z up off the work same thing kept missing -.126 too -..066 Only way I managed to fix was to replace all the 6 with 5 then worked fine like to know the problem Cheers |

Thanks very much for the reply's Looks like 303 is the way to go but nobodies is saying where to get it from Mac has 316 so if I can't get the 303 will give that a try Cheers |

Hi all Some advice please Want to try and use my home made CNC mill Mk I Steig to make a connecting rod for a 3 1/2 loco Would like to know what SS flat bar to buy Size 1/4 *1 *71/2 and were to buy it Have looked on Flea Bay 316 Marine grade will this be OK or to hard ??? Thank you |

Thanks for the reply's Top of my head nice and brown and not smelling that great. Have had a look at my photos and there are none of the inside of my shed or the seven sockets plus extension lead. Not saying that I don't have multi plug sockets but only run one thing at a time.Seemed a good way to save time ??? So unless Google Earth has taken the time and trouble to "stalk" me and my shed Must just be MAGIC. No help with the wiring yet

Hi to all the "Sparkies" Have fitted a ZP Mottori Elettrici 1/4 hp motor to my Quorn . Need the beastie to run forward and reverse. Has four wires coming out two green and two blue and a capacitor. Motor runs in both directions but needs to be hand spun to start and the "fun" part is if I touch anything metal in the shed eg steel bench I get a shock So help please with a wiring diagram Thanks in advance

Have had trouble with G2/G3 on a odd shape and just ended up plotting in the x-y. Saved a lot of hair pulling and lying awake half the night

Thanks for the reply's Bit like looking up a word in a dictionary that you cant spell. The plastic I'm looking for is not the stuff that you can buy in the DIY stores as this just cracks. So still in the dark. Thanks to all .

Hi all. Just a quick one What are motorcycle number plates made of ? Find them very easy to work with eg bend drill cut.. But a real bugger to get the reflective bit off so would like to buy some before it becomes a number plate Thanks |

Thanks Les have seen that diagram but does not turn a light on for me my neighbour is a hottie on electronics so he has repaired the board so don't want to let the smoke out and thanks to John but once again not making any sense to me What I need and would like if someone has the same X1 mill where all the wires go board has gnd know what wires to put there L1 and L2 not sure about these two the "pot" has a a three plug so thats sorted two other wires with k1 and k2 so ok there two wires left on switch 4 and 8 too A+ and A- so thats ok now just left with brown and blue 6 of the little buggers 2 from the mains and 4 from the EMI Filter Thanks for the replys |

Hi to all Once again in need of help on Mini Mill control board. Nothing broken this time. Not being very good at electrics. Made note of where all the wires connected from switch. motor, mains and EMI filter.to the control board. Then managed to lose the note. Have spent hours looking up a wiring diagram that I could understand but just managed to get older. HELP any body out there willing to put me out of my misery Thanks |

Thanks to all for the replies. Yes a new board would sort my problem. Rather an expensive way. So can this toroidal be bought and where from. To reply to Mr Rudd no other unrevealed failures Just an idiot with a 12 mm drill in the lathe trying to make a hole in the new plastic box SNATCH end of the little beastie
