Sent it back to Myford and they agree it has been made wrong they think the hole that the locking cam goes into is in the wrong place. They are sending me another one out so we will see what the replacement is like? |

How can i tell if they are British made, the holders do have a W stamped in the back? |

Just had a look on the Myford site this Quick change tool post is no longer on there but the holders are? They will be getting a call tomotrrow ! |

Hi Got my new Genuine Myford quick change tool post with some Genuine Myford tool holders, my problem is there is movement on the guides when it does up therefore allowing the tool holder to be locked in slightly different positions altering my tool hight by about .5mm , i have tried all the holders and they are the same? it would apear the clamping plate that pulls the holder in is pulling in tight before it has properly lockated on the v guides alowing me to very slightly rock the holder on the v guides, has anyone else noticed this. hope this makes sence. |

Well I am happy to say my 10mm indexable bit fits fine and it all works a treat |

Hi my first post, just got my super 7 lathe and i have ordered a quick change tool post from Myford. The lathe came with a 4 way tool post and I cant use my 10mm indexable tools they sit to high, Question what is the largest indexable tool you can fit in this holder? |
