Hi Has anyone built or brought one of their boilers ? are they suitable for a beginner ? Is there any other relatively cheap boilers to use on simple wobblers etc? Richard

Hi the lathe seems to do what I want, but needs a few of the modifications! Without a mill its down to drills and file's good job the bits I'm making are Ali! Trouble is its not just a mill its all the other bits needed which mount up, if they are needed. |

Ty for the welcome, hopefully I will join a club, once we are out of lockdown and able to meet up again. Till then I'll keep looking for ideas to make into swarf! |

Hi During the lockdown I started getting interested in metal working again, not really done much since school many yes ago! I have a small model lathe and basic tools to start making simple steam projects etc. Been watching loads of utube videos so now I'm an expert ! Will be looking for a mill, just can't decide which one yet. Richard |
