Many thanks to you all for your suggestions and help.

My chuck did not have spanner flats... until now. A good friend of mine ran it through on his Bridgeport...problem solved.

Hello Everybody.

I have just acquired a second had Warco GH Universal and wondered ...does anybody out there have any ideas on how I can lock the spindle to allow me to tighten a collet chuck to the the required torque?

Warco were kind enough to send me a user handbook but the need for some weird font has rendered it unreadable. So if the answer is in there I'm not able to find it...

I live in Stilton. So, the Peterborough club looks a good option...Norfolk is a bit of a drive.
