I have ended with a similar way before seeing your instructions ,but to get an 'off' needed to bring the 'forward' terminal into play, along with the @common' 'SPH' and 'SPL' terminals so in 'off' there is no feed to either of the speed terminals or forward terminal. in high there is feed to forward and to to SPH . Likewise in low there is again a feed to forward , and then to SPL .

So the VFD in either speed gets told to run and what frequency... And it works .

Good Evening, can someone help please ?

I have my mill, which has been overhauled , has run happily with its new motor on the VFD, starting and stopping via the VFD control panel. When the mill was built back in the 1960's it had a 2 speed motor operated via a switch with high low and off ... I would like to use this switch to control the VFD , possibly to run the motor at 2 different frequency settings so high is 50Hz and low is 25HZ can anyone help please thank you

I an so grateful for the information and help in this thread. I am currently stripping and overhauling my 'Master Toolmaker,.... Can anyone help, with where to obtain the felt seals in the housing around the long drive gear ? Regards to all
