I am building a 2" A7 fowler traction engine and I am looking for some gear cutters to purchase or borrow I live near Tiverton Devon

14 1/2 degree PA . 6DP No 3 & No 7 gear cutter

141/2 degree PA . 8 DP No 3 & No7 gear cutter

141/2 degree PA . 10 DP No 4 & No6 & No7 gear cutter

perhaps if you posted some pictures of it for us it might help with identification

need to do some case hardening on mild steel bar. any one know where I can purchase a tin ?

use disposable argon/Co2 bottles all the time on mig welder 3 x 60 ltr bottles £33.99 or 2 x 220 ltr bottles £65.92 single bottles cost more /need disposable gas bottle regulator if changing from large BOC bottle / disposable no licence to use bottle

broke my last abrafile 9 inch tension file blade today ,any body know where I can buy replacement blades

have been looking at buying a bench drill/mill for some time some say cog drive wines belt is better will probably have to be china which though any recomendatations from experience

went to see Tim today at cheddar valley steam . he is a little bit behind. but very well health wise . on catch up

Tim said he would build me a fowler 2" boiler I paid my deposit £200 on august 2016 tried to contact him no luck going up to his work shop tomorrow 25/05 /17 see what happens or not
