Well after another day of failed attempts to contact Tim I have reluctantly cancelled my order with Cheddar Valley Steam and placed an order with another supplier. I have E mailed CVS and requested my deposit be returned but quite honestly dont hold old much hope

It certainly is a very strange situation, I in fact ordered a 5" Speedy boiler in June 2015 for delivery in June 2016 but nothing was forthcoming and contact was difficult and sporadic then. When i eventually made contact I had laid Speedy to one side and had progressed to boiler stage with a 3 1/2" Bantam Cock and so changed my order as Tim had confirmed he hadnt even started on Speedy. I am therefore almost resigned to the fact that I am going to have to seek an alternative builder.

Thanks Brian and Jason it certainly doesnt look good at the moment. I have tried every method of contact to no avail.One would have thought that if Tim was ill someone may have at least answered the phone or put a note on the website. There is another number on the website but that is also not working. I have spoken to him this year but not recently. Once again thanks for your trouble Bob |

Thanks for taking the trouble to view folks. I am still no nearer to making contact of any kind so I will have to write and cancel the order and find an alternative and hope i can somehow recover my deposit. Thank you all for your time

Hello all, I have been trying to contact the above company for three weeks now regarding an order I have with them for a boiler. I have tried landline, mobile and left message and sent an Email all with no response. Does anyone have any information as to wether they are still trading, illness,or holidays?? Any info would be much appreciated
