oil stops it oxidizing

I have used solder on alloy by covering it in oil then scratch a clean surface through the oil then solder through the oil. this keeps the air away from the clean surface.

I have been buying and selling vices for years and the half nut can fail and to replace it will cost more than a second hand vice, so check it before you buy. Myself i have a record no 112 plus other vices.

Not many will take things over 15kg and up to about 40kg for under £15.00 plus some of the lathes i have bought off the internet have turned out to be a scam. When you pay with paypal and pick up yourself you do not have paypal proction as i have just found out.

Been buying selling and colecting old tools for a few years, had problems with things getting lost and broken it the past using cheep couriers so now have been using one of the big ones, however when sone of the more expencive ones get to tamworth they sit thery for a day or two, then they get to there final desternation the box is ok and get signed for but lacking the contence. There is either a black hole in tamworth or i am forgeting to put the items in the box and my scales must be wrong.

This is costing me hundreds of pounds as i am forced to give refunds and i can not put in a clame as the boxes are arriving intact. At first i thought i was being robbed by the people buying the tools, not i think its down to the tamworth black hole. Talking to the collection driver today said lots of things go missing at tamworth, and very little elsware! Anyhow this is the end of my hobby now as i am loosing to much money.
