The slot in the rear casting was difficult to achieve. I placed this in a rotary table against the side that I had trued of with lathe. A stud bar was used to secure this through the centre of the rotary table which was placed upright on the mill bed to position the mill tool at 90 degrees to the top of the casting. The angles where able to be seen on this rotary table and made cutting easy as the mill cut the position as the rotary table was rotated
