This neat little filing machine is another design from Stan Bray, the original editor of Model Engineers' Workshop. It appeared in issue 4 of MEW, April/May 1991.
The article that accompanies the plan can be downloaded from the archives. Please take special care to ensure the safety guard is well made and fitted - a poke in the eye from a needle file would not be pleasant!
As usual, the full size plan is contained in these two lowres jpeg files and full detail accompanying pdf versions:
http://www.model-engineer.co.uk/sites/7/documents/04A.pdf
http://www.model-engineer.co.uk/sites/7/documents/04B.pdf
Alternatively, the plan can be downloaded as a series of overlapping printable Pdf pages which can be used to assemble a paper version:
I hope you enjoy this interesting design of Stan's.
Neil
