This 'Victorian' Port Pourer appeared as a free plan and 3 1/2 page article in issue 3 of MEW, winter 1990. If nothing else it proves that Stan Bray was willing to experiment with the range of topics covered by the magazine!
The accompanying article in issue 3 (available to subscribers in the MEW archive) was wiritten in Stan's inimitable style, so I suspect it is another of his designs, although it isn't credited. To quote from the article:
"While this is a departure for Model Engineers' Workshop, it is in fact an exercise in many metalwork skills."
