More about me:

I am a Model Engineer of 35 years, and I work as the Engineering Manager for Rail Infrastructure for ILECSYS  in Hertfordshire.

I competed in IMLEC about 13 years ago driving a Claud Hamilton, great fun until the front cover cracked on the inside cylinder , still limped home to finish. I hope to compete again one day with one of my own locomotives.

My main interst is in the GCR and Metropotitain Railways , I am building a MET 2-6-4 T
at the moment.
I was taught to drive Steam Locomotives by the late Bert Hooker, an increadable gentleman.
