Was once a subscriber of Model Engineering Workshop in the 90s, glad to be back! Also was an apprentice with Brown Boveri (Singapore) Training Centre and had gone training from 6 months bench work to machinist level. Did enjoy the ups and downs in this trade. During my in-plant attachment, I was trained as a Jig grinder... Those were the days! Presently working as a Graphic Designer in a publishing trade. As many production jobs in S'pore migrated to China. My interest in metal machining never fade and in fact gaining phase with excess to Internet and Youtube.
