I am a model engineer based in the UK. My main interest is large scale, scratch-built model cars, but I have made a lot of tooling to boost my workshop productivity and my workshop also gets used for a lot of woodwork and other general making of things. My Mk 1 model car is now nearly finished (see album on this website). The Mk 2 car is on the CAD drawing board, with construction planned to start in 2013, hopefully! Mk 2 will be powered by a home made 20cc in-line four cylinder engine, with four wheel drive and multi-function radio control, if all goes to plan.

I have exhibited the Mk 1 car and various tools at the Bristol model engineering exhibition and had some articles published in Model Engineer and MEW.
