Hi all. My name is Iain and I live in Cheshire, England. 

Time served aircraft engineer, and beginner to model engineering. I have tinkered over the years as I've been building and flying model aircraft for 30 years! I'm used to fabricating parts from aluminium so building a loco from steel is all new. Looking forward to the challenges ahead :)
