| 1 forum posts | Very few people seem to have noted that we won two silvers for a boat-HMS Crane and a Lorry-Thornycroft Horsebox of 1926 at Sandown. The models were made by 8 to 16 year olds in metal and wood from scratch.

| 3 forum posts | If anyone is looking for a resource aimed (amongst other things) at introducing youngsters to model boat building, they might be interested in this site: It provides plans for the old Keil Kraft 'EeZeBilt' series of model boats, which were designed by a craft teacher to give kids practice at making boats sucessfully without adult help...
