11 forum posts | Hi guys, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but a search reveals nothing. With the complete back issues of MEW now available (a fantastic idea and great resource in my opinon), is there a way to search through this database for specific articles or words of interest? For example, I have just bought an Aciera F3 and am interested in anywhere "Aciera" is mentioned in any of the back issues. There was a great article in issue 171 on rebuilding one and it's entirely possible that there may be other mentions of this mill in previous issues. Sometimes a gem of information can be found in just a few words. Pete |

11 forum posts | Thank you very much, the first link I believe is a Windows app, and I use Macs and iPads (rather annoyingly, the back issues don't display correctly on iPads BTW). When I've gone through this in previous years I've seen a list of articles, but I wondered if there was any way to search for specific words? As mentioned, I'd currently like to find any mention of "Aciera" in any issue of MEW since issue 1. Much like I can search for the word in a pdf document for example. I'd guess that would need to be a function from the publisher, and I haven't seen that facility mentioned anywhere. Pete |
