Hi All.

Some years ago I built a 1 inch diameter duplex vacuum gauge. It was an interesting experiment and was a continuing project until the gauge was lost (or stolen?).

I'd like to have another go at making one before my eyesight gets any worse!

Does any reader have any helpful information about the construction of such a gauge or any drawings?

Thanks for looking..

Regards

Chris

Hi Chris,

'My Hobby Store' sell a drawing for a duplex vacuum gauge that was designed and built by the late Roy Amsbury.
http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/product/21107/m-67-duplex-vacuum-gauge

Also,Roy Amsbury wrote an article about constructing duplex gauges in the Model Engineer magazine: Vol 160 No.3825 20 May-2 June 1988.
Hope this is of help.

Laurence.

Hello Laurence

Thanks for your response and the information. I'll have a look at both those sources.
