invalid email address

5 forum posts | David,
Just a bit of feedback for you:
The renewal letter you sent out (to my wife) for MEW has an invalid online email address i.e. www.subscription.co.uk/mew/ren1
It redirects to an area on their site that has no link to renewals at all.
I took over from my wife's attempts when she said it was all too hard! and went to www.subscriptions.co.uk and found my way from there. The result is "she" has kindly renewed my birthday present for another year.
regards,

![]() 1545 forum posts 484 photos | Funny. I had a similar letter and had no problem with the link. In fact, I just clicked on the link in your posting and went to the renewal section, straight away! I very kindly bought myself another year's subscription for Christmas.

5 forum posts | Well what do you know, it works for me now too. Must have been a temporary glitch on their site. Anyway my next years reading of MEW is secure too.
