We are a new 5" gauge ground level railway in Hailsham East Sussex and are looking for like minded volunteers, who are interested in running a fledgling railway. So far we have laid about a quarter of a mile of track, built a carriage shed, installed a couple of coloured lights and in the process of building a water tower! not forgetting in between pulling passengers! We are loooking to extend the railway in the winter and hopefully double the lenght of track or even longer? but this is subject to a few more willing helpers. I hope to build a few points and even a diamond crossing, but not sure how to do it?
Anyone looking to spend a few hours with us would be warmly welcomed and the more the merrier. Please contact me at [email protected]
Thank you for taking the time to read this message, regards Ian G |
