Colchester Master 2500 feed problems

Help Please

New to me Colchester master 2500, runs very smoothly, everything seems in very good nick, but there is no rotation of the leadscrew when W and X is selected on the feed speed selector. V, Y and Z all work correctly, its just the two, meaning there is none of the usual slower feed speeds. Thread cutting all runs fine on all other settings. Any suggestions of what i might be stupidly missing much appreciated before i start delving into the gearbox.
