Myford ML10 Motor Drive Belt Type and Size

Hello, my first post here.

I've had a Myford ML10 for several years and am in the process of fitting a VFD and 3-Phase motor. I need a new motor pulley as the motor shaft is a different diameter to the old one. Can anyone tell me the type and size of the v-belt so I can find an appropriate pulley please? I've had a good search around but can't find what I'm looking for.

Is it as simple as measuring the two widths and the depth of the belt?

I need a 14mm bore, keyed pulley and looking at around 50mm outer diameter to keep the ratio as it is currently.
