identifying wheels

X264 wheel casting

I have a number of driving wheels which are 4.38" tread 4.64 flange, 16 spoke and with the number X264 cast into the back.

Can anyone identify these for me please. Once I've identified them tThey will be for sale if anyone is interested.

I think they were a generic wheel by Stuart not intended for one specific locomotive.

Found on the internet:

"Stuart Models produced accurate scale reproductions of standard wheels on the locomotives of British Railways. The moulds were made with great care from patterns prepared from drawings of the original wheels with the material being fine close-grained cast-iron, free from blow holes. There were three types of wheel produced: Type A, which is inside driver, Type B which is outside driver, outside coupled and Type C Bogie Tender Wagon:
