Universal U3 grinders

I have managed to get hold of an unused universal U3 Tool and cutter grinder. Unfortunatley it arrived without the two wrenches One is for removing the Grindstone complete with hub and the other one is for unscrewing the nut on the endplate to just remove the grinding wheel.

Making these two wrenches is straightforward. But. I need the O.D. of the threaded wrench along with the Tpi. I have lots of various taps but none I have will even look at this size. My question is does any body have one of these machines and will you please give me the O.D. and Tpi?

I have tried six or more suppliers of the this type of Tool grinder but I wasted my time. They are only interested in selling them. After sales/Spares does not exist.
