1 forum posts | Hi All,
Iv recently just inherited a fobco start bench drill, I will be undertaking a full restoration over the winter period. Now before i take it all apart i would like to know if anyone is familiar with what bearings i will need to purchase? I believe there are 4nr in total, 2nr for the top pulley and 2nr for the spindle. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks |

![]() 1174 forum posts 303 photos | Its difficult to say with certainty as there was many spindles and bearings sizes used. when you have it apart the numbers will be on the bearings and they are easy to get from any bearing supplier. i would recommend fitting taper bearings for the spindle rather than the magneto bearings sometimes fitted. They are a straight replacement. |
