Identifying a chuck

Morning,

I have what I thought was a D1-3 chuck with intergral backplate, but the stud threads and holes are the wrong size. Does anyone have any ideas. Pictures below.

The camlock replacement studs may have metric or Unified threads,depending where they are made. The complete assembly should be interchangable on the same spindle size whatever threads hold its parts together.
