What a weekend I had at the first Melbourne Raceway event of 2021.

Some members of my speed family bring a disability buggy for my paddock racing to make things easier for me.

Saturday I had a disability buggy drag race with the meetings main man Trevor I am a sour looser his buggy was a 8 mph model mine is only 4 mph.

A lopsided photo of me at the finish line.

Sunday after permission and signing on was a passenger in Kevin Nicks 100 mph shed it is road legal and been driven 200 miles to the event.

Two pictures from Kevin's Facebook and one from my video at the Christmas tree.

We were faster than a BMW car we were racing against.

Also two impressive fast dragsters their acceleration is mind blowing.

Have been like a kid with a new toy blasting down the eighth mile drag strip going back to 1973 and my only attempt at that distance at Crosland Moor there were very few bikes and cars that went faster.

I am being spoilt by my speed attempt family in a few weeks might be doing 100 mph in the shed at Elvington

Once a speed nut you just cant get away from it even at 79.
