15 forum posts | Not sure if this has come up before or not. I bought a BS-0 Dividing head some while ago, and it had no manual or instructions of any kind in the box. Zilch. Came upon a Grizzly Model G1053 manual, which is available on their webside and (for me) is a great manual with lubrication details, parts diagram and lists, etc. Minor differences in nuts bolts tapers etc, but contains a lot of good information, including dividing charts. Enjoy. |

He fails to remove the wormwheel - FYI this is because it is located by a keyway and the key is intentionally deformed with a hammer to make it a rigid fit. An interesting economy measure to avoid having to machine to tenths.
