10 forum posts | Hi all. Can anyone help me please? I'm wanting to replace my grease gun nozzle, the bit that actually fits over the zerk/grease nipple. The reason being I've recently bought a Clarke hand operated grease gun and I couldn't get the darn thing off again without a load of hassle. I've seen the G coupler and this looks to solve the problem, this is available with a 1/8th BSP fitting which I think I may require, when I've done a bit of ringing around, but they couldn't give me a definitive answer. I've had a thread gauge, marked as metric, on the existing thread on the gun and it looks like a '28' thread, does this convert as a 1/8th BSP does anybody know? I measured across the tops of the grease gun thread, that came out as 381 thou which converts as 9.67 mm. Thanks in advance.

10 forum posts | Hi all , Thanks to all replies so far, that's given me confidence to order the fitting as 1/8th BSP, great stuff. |
