Has anyone any experience with Mitsubishi plcs

i have 2 machines both very different which have both got the same problem

the plc isn’t running and the prog light is flashing.

both batteries were long dead operators say they been like that for years.

i have replaced battery’s so that error has gone

both machines have operated for years perfectly well one for 25 years the other 15 years

do they lose the program? Is that what’s happened here?

It’s a near certainty you have lost the program, do you have a backup and the means to load it? A paper listing would be the minimum help but manually entering it all is tedious.

no nothing.... backup or means

just strange that 2 machines in different locations have done the same within days of each other after working fine for years

just coincidence?

we will have to get machines agents in

Which PLC models are thet F1, F1x or rack based.

If Block F series and no memeory module then no battery and power off = programe lost.
