4655 forum posts 304 photos | I have no idea why the text got into the middle, or why the pictures are in reverse order. I chose three chucks to use with the collar, a very good Chinese 125mm, a 5" Pratt Burnerd and a 6" four jaw Toolmex lightweight. I had to match up the rear of the backplates for interchangeability. The radial holes in the collar are for preloading it while the 6mm locking screws are tightened. The collar has to be slightly loose before the locking screws are tightened so it does not interfere with normal tightening of the chuck on the spindle. Edited By old mart on 20/06/2019 21:11:17 |
