hi I’m new to this forum and have completed an introduction,my question is does anybody have a diagram/plan of the motor mount plate,I’ve had this long column version for a while and the previous owner broke the motor plate (he made a replacement of his own design)but I want to make or source the original item,can anyone help,many thanks Pete

Hi Pete

I,m a long time MK1 DW owner , best place to get drawings would be to join the dwmill yahoo group , all the plans can be downloaded as pdf files from there, the motor plate castings themselves are a fairly easy turning and drilling job , and could be fabricated if you cant get hold of any original parts.

+1 for the DW Mill group on yahoo.

There was a full set of drawings posted there last time I looked.

Sold my Mk2 mill a few years ago...
