Hi everyone..

I have a rather old, but functional, FAGOR DRO, the NVK-20, and am looking for a user/operator/setup manual for it.

I have tried the Fagor website download section, but they only have the manuals for the Software Version 2.xx variant and mine is a SW Version 1.0. Of 1997 vintage....

I am trying to set the resolution of the scales up in the unit, and the parameters that are supposed to control this appear to be not available in my version; the Ver2.xx manual shows the process, but it works not on mine.

I have been in contact with FAGOR and a kind person, Angel, has been emailing me with many ways to try make it work, but it seems they too have lost the old version handbook.

The unit works fine with its original scales, but I am trying to convert one of the axis to a rotary encoder that has vastly different 'pulses/mm' movement relationship. According to some of the various NVK-20 docs, it would appear that a 'scaling' multiplier could be placed in line with the scales output, which may help me - If it works with the old SW...

Thanks..

Joe
