Call for authors for new books

Hello all

My name is Hannah Shakespeare and I am the commissioning editor for metalworking titles at Crowood Press. Some of you will be familiar with our books; some of you have written them for us!

Having checked this was OK with Neil, I’m posting today as a ‘call for authors’, for anyone who may be interested in the possibility of writing a book. We’re expanding our list and while we have several topics we’d like to commission titles on, we’re also very keen to hear authors’ own ideas.

Our books are about 40,000 to 50,000 words long and generally focus on techniques in metalworking. If you’re interested in the opportunity, for more details, do please send me an email on hannah @ crowood.com (remove the spaces) or call me on 01672 520320. Thanks.
