108 forum posts | Hello Keith - I use ROTABROACH cutting oil by the litre from Ebay. Its light and doesn't stink when you put a cut on and it doesn't make your clothes stink either. I use it on my mini lathe and it keeps everything from going rusty. I reckon its good stuff and at £7.26 a litre (black bottle) with free postage it goes a long way, my bottle is 18 months old and still half full. I commend it to the house!---------Stuart **LINK** |

12 forum posts | Dean When in industry, I always bought cutting oil and other lubricants from Millers Oils, Brighouse. OK, we were buying some oils in 50 gal drums, but they always supplied me with 1L bottles of oils if I wanted. Very helpful company, worth a try if you can call in to collect. Nigel |

2742 forum posts 39 photos | Gentlemen, For information and for those living North of York, Smith and Allan in Darlington sell soluble cutting oil in 5 litre containers, or larger, over the counter; they may also have the neat version as they are oil blenders. I have no connection with them other than satisfaction with their products Brian |
