The threads on the wrist pin should be 3/32 or 7ba the end of the pin being machined from 7/64 to suit for a length of 5/32. The passageways on the pump body and the bottom union are reamed 1/8 to provide a seating for the pump balls. Note that while the bottom union can be faced off to provide a flat seating the 1/4 x 40 top hole on the pump body needs to be drilled 7/32 and then a flat bottom formed in the hole with the same sized D bit before tapping,being careful not to damage the seat with the tap. The horizontal passageway in the top union is No.40.
