Yes, I found it! "Further developments in drill sharpening" by D.A.G. Brown. M.E. vol 215 No 4513 page 184. This is a superior way to grind a drill. Try it! Johs Edited By Johs- Line 1 on 15/12/2020 17:55:10 |

DAG Brown had a good series about sharpening drills by the 4 and 6 facet method. Later on he developed a better way (I think) to grind a drill. I can not find this artikel. Can anyone point me to the right M.E. number? Thanks. |

Thanks. I bought the drawings about 5-6 years ago, converted it to metric, made casting models and did all the castings. I also made the boiler. Preparing and collecting necessary materials took about 3 years, building and painting 2 years. I did use about 3/4 hour witch I thought was to long, but now I se it is ok BTW,, how do you use the damper? Sivtek |
