Thank you all for the responses and Bob Lamb for his scanned copy of the operating instructions of the Allbrit. I am a novice to the forums but now a convert to them. Perhaps a 'loner' no more!! Steve |

I have two similar pointer/scraper blade tools in steel...they however have knurled bodies with the user ends clean. From my school days I now remember that we used wooden sculpting tools of the same configuration for clay modelling. Steel ones are good for scribing and light scraping/deburring. |

Hello all...I have purchased a used Allbrit polar planimeter (yes I am from the days of a drafting board and pencils). It does not have the original instruction manual. If any fellow engineer has one will you please give me a copy...of course postage will be provided or if scanned can be sent directly to me. Thanks
