Hi John, could you let me know what URL you are using to try to access digital issues?

We are currently transitioning from the MyTime media system of displaying digital issues to the Mortons one.

We have updated the links on the site but the logins are not yet working.

I'll keep you up to date as much as i can, but basically you will have to log into the new system with your new customer ID.

When it's working properly I'll be back with proper instructions

Device and generation (eg iPad Air 2, Kindle Fire HD 2015 etc)

Operaring system (iOS 15.5, Android 5.1.1)

Browser and version (Chrome 102, Safari 15.5)

I think you have the old server cached - could you try clearing your browser cache, or temporarily use a browser you don't normally use?

Great, thank you! We are still looking at why the login is a bit slow, but once you're in you should see some improvement!

Morning! Image uploads should be working now.

That's really good news about it running faster. Hopefully the log in speed will settle down. The image 404 should be working tomorrow.

As you may be aware, Model Engineer, Model Engineers' Workshop and Model Boats were recently acquired by Mortons Media Group.

This thread would be a good place to post with any problems you are having with the sites.

The reason for this post is that tomorrow (8 June) we are planning to upgrade the server. If everything goes to plan we will be up and running by Wednesday evening.

Anything you post after 1.00am on the 8th may not transition to the new server, so it is worth holding off, or keeping a local copy.
