I have a Chinese 6060 CNC, it has a built in water cooling system, which I have found to be excellent. Equally I dis have some problems of the CNC suddenly stopping if I was using a vacuum cleaner to collect rubbish whilst I was working. I do not remember which. I bought from Amazon a Connection, and since have had no problems. It was called a "Surge & Spike Protector". Hope this is of help |

I have been interested in many forms of Lathe tyoe work. Initially I learnt to use my Fathers Myford (he got it in about 1930). I latter years I ahve concentrated on very complicated wood turning making items with as many as 2500 pieces of wood. These I have exhibited in the UK and America, and are now held in collections in UK, USA, Australia and Switzerland. Alas due to the types of wood I used (most very toxic) my lungs became very affected. I therfore sold all my equipment in 2015 and turned my attention to CNC work. To this end I imported a GX-6060 CNC from China, which is the machine I now use. On this I have been making Clocks and other interesting items |
