The knurling wheel pivot pins were originally staked into the body to locate them so that there was minimal projection on either side of the arms. All very well until I wanted to change the wheels! I turned up some clevis pins as shown, retained with external circlips. In practice there is precious little reduction in the clearance between the tool and the chuck and changing wheels is a doddle now.
