First try at fitting with gears fitted after having a job to get them in as the sides of casting are not even

First try with all the gears and studs assembled and held into the castings. This is the first real try after re-drilling the casting to a larger size to get away from the location issues. It seems that a lot of these issues may have come from the two faces not being parallel to start with this resulted in a hole which was of right angle even though equipment I was luckily using is spot on.
