Both in very good condition. The original coil was found to be stone dead, the one fitted to the stator on the right is a new Taiwanese made replacement. Only the magneto side is fitted with a rubber garter type seal, the clutch side relies entirely on a close fit between the mainshaft and bush to form an air tight seal for the crankcase. But a mod is planned to add a second rubber seal on the clutch side.
