After cleaning - insert the new (in my case) FAG (Germany) 7205B bearings (via my local bearing supplier) using mill clamps and the collet nut again, Do make sure it's the right way round, otherwise you will have to pull it out again. Very little force is required, but make sure the collet nut is centred as it enters the threaded area. Then screw in the in-board C-ring until it touches the in-board bearing and is in approximately the correct position.
