The Balance Wheel & Escapement

This could be considered as the heart of the clock. It also shows that I need to do some more polishing! I intend to replace the pallets with a revised geometry. They are the single awkward-looking bit of steel, visible in the shadow at the bottom right. There's a lot of detail in this part of the clock, so I'd be pleased to comment via my clock posting - `Making Progress'
